I couldn't find the guide for more than 45 minutes and couldn't participate in the activity. I lost money for 2 tickets.

Due to a flight delay, we requested to meet at the Pantheon as we were short on time. This request was denied, and after a phone call, we were informed that it was not part of the original booking. No amount of explanation was accepted, so we missed the tour, had to pay the entrance fee again, which was highly unacceptable. We could have met at the Pantheon and avoided paying twice. We were very unhappy about this.

traveler

Highly disappointed. Paid for a tour with entrance to the Pantheon. However, the tour did not provide tickets to the Pantheon, and as a result, we couldn't enter. Additionally, the tour started 15 minutes late due to a late couple. It's unclear why we were made to wait if everyone else in the tour was on time.

traveler

The tour guide was terrible! Provided a baseless reason for not being able to tour the Pantheon.

That was absolutely one of the worst tours I have been on. I'm sorry to state it like that, but it's the truth. The tour guide had a hard time with explanations in English, which is why I'm giving a low rating. We couldn't get into the Pantheon, and we did not go to the Piazza del Popolo as mentioned in the description.
